Care Givers / House Managers

Each home has a dedicated House Manager/Administrator and highly trained staff so residents become accustomed to interacting with the same people on a daily basis. This also helps our caregivers know our residents’ likes and dislikes and provide a more personalized level of care. Each home is staffed with at least one caregiver for every three residents.

Activities Coordinators

We have activities coordinators that come to all of our homes and spend time with our residents each weekday afternoon. They engage the residents in music, games, and group activities that provide mental and emotional stimulation.
